Awww yisss my new laptop charger arrived so I am once again a member of the computered. I replied to a bunch of comments on AO3 that I've been neglecting, and am trying to keep up with my friends page here. But I'm really curious to know what's going on on Tumblr - how many people are staying logged off, if Tumblr is noticing, if they'll change their minds.

I had a bunch of stuff I wanted to do over the weekend before the ban went into effect that I didn't get to do, so this week I still need to:

- Finish posting headcanons and stuff to AO3
- Save Loki fan art
- Organize and save or post Likes
- Work on ch. 5 of Sea

Right now, though, I'm going to watch some vacuumming videos and probably go to sleep. At 9pm. Because I'm secretly 85.

staying out of tumbrl was hard, but yay, we managed!!

but I'm too glad that we have a place to stay if things come to the worst, it's not perfect but at least we can keep in touch

I think the one day log off was probably enough to get a lot of people adjusted to other platforms; I know I pretty much lost interest in 24 hours! Twitter for babbling, Dreamwidth for writing!

Tumblr is used by so many millions, it feels like a significant portion will stay. I don't trust staff at all after this fiasco, but I'm finding it hard to leave, because I still come across lots of great content there - including non-fandom stuff. I've been using my Pillowfort buy their site is still quite slow.

Staff has made it amply clear Tumblr isn't safe for artists, though, and it breaks my heart thinking of all the art and content that has been lost. :(
